Lubrication (FlowLUB) are water based lubricants for all ducts and cables. The lubrication greatly reduces friction and static electricity.

Description

Great improvement of blowing length 

It is a water-based product with high lubricating effect. It greatly reduces friction and static electricity. 

Easy to apply

The lubrication spreads evenly on the cable surface/inner wall of the duct. It leaves a very thin film of lubricant and does not make a glue effect.

Low cost

The lubrication is very concentrated, meaning it is very economical to use. 

Winter Grade

Available in a special winter version that can handle temperatures down to -10°C/ 14°F.

PRODUCT USE

Cable and duct prelubrication.

Shake the bottle before use and apply the lubricant in the duct. Place a suitable sponge in the duct and prelubricate the duct with high pressure air.

RECOMMENDED QUANTITY PER 1,000 M:

Duct OD 4 mm - 5 ml = 30 cm full duct

Duct OD 8 mm - 10 ml = 20 cm full duct

Duct OD 12 mm - 15 ml = 15 cm full duct

Sharp turns, loops or long blowing lengths will increase the recommended quantity required.
