Description

Time saving, user-friendly design

With its user-friendly design, the PowerFlow RAPID is easy to operate. The flex block allows you to fasten the duct and cable to the machine easily without using tools. This saves you time when configurating the machine.

Tool free installation

When utilizing PowerFlow RAPID, the configuration and installation can be deployed without any usage of tools. This makes every fiber blowing job even more effective as the machine can quickly be adapted to blow different sizes of fiber/cable and ducts.

Hydraulic driven

Works together with the hydraulic Power Pack/control valve and high pressure compressor.

  

MANDATORY PARTS FOR MACHINE USAGE
  • Hydraulic Multipower Pack
  • Control valve
  • Nylon seals, You can choose nylon seals for cable sizes between  5.5-30 mm
  • Adaptor and duct holder inserts, You can choose sizes between 14-50 mm
  • Box with cable sealing assortment, cable sealings in the sizes from 0-27 mm
  • Sponges for duct cleaning - clean duct with sponges before installing cable.
  • Lubrication. We recommend FlowLUB 2000. Utilization of lubrication during fiber blowing increases blowing distance by a factor of 2-3.
